We are looking for an experienced Administrator to hit the ground running in this busy Temporary role based in Palmerston North starting ASAP.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This role would suit a highly organised, detail-oriented and tech savvy Administrator, who is available immediately and looking for temporary work until mid June. Our clients are looking for someone who who takes initiative and is looking for ownership of the role.

**DUTIES**:

- Logistics to support engagement activities i.e. booking venues, coordinating collateral, organising printing and deliveries, catering, booking various meetings to support engagement, attendance at various engagement activities in Palmerston North.
- Coordinating project work plans i.e. updating pipeline engagement report around what has been sent and what are the next steps (per project) and set out planning to support next engagement activities that will follow city wide engagement.
- Assisting with set up of events/community development activities.
- Creating agendas/minute taking.
- Booking meetings with stakeholders/partners.
- Invoicing - various engagement activity.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- A qualification in business administration, project management or other relevant discipline together with demonstrated experience in project and/or programme coordination/administration is desirable.
- A high degree of computer literacy and proficiency with relevant software products (Office 365), especially Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills as well as a demonstrated commitment to relationship building and working in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the willingness and ability to learn.
- Experience in prioritising demands, meeting deadlines and delivering desired results by taking ownership, using effective self and time management approaches and paying attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to use sound judgement in making decisions and knowing when to escalate a decision.
- The ability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas in both oral and written communication.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- **You must be eligible to work in New Zealand**
