You’ll mainly coordinate and book on-site measures and installations for blinds and ‘own’ the booking system. You’ll also provide customer services, alongside others.
Be responsible for the tracking spreadsheet that makes sure Installers are allocated to jobs, by location and enjoy owning an important part of the process. Answer enquiries from the website, phone and showroom, provide information and quotes to enable customers to choose blinds and curtains.
To thrive in the role you have the following attributes:

- Be efficient and detail focused, double-checking before customers and installers are booked in
- Have great customer services skills, to impress customers
- Possess great coordination skills, and common-sense so near locations are grouped together logically
- Be easy to do business with
- Be comfortable following up quotes to get the order
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ensure everyone is on the same page
- A team player with a professional manner
- Naturally have solid computer skills and reasonable typing
