Presbyterian Support Southland (PSS) is a Charitable Trust and is the largest social service and aged care provider in Southland. PSS encompasses two service arms - Family Works, which offers a range of social services, from counselling and social work support, through to buddy and parenting programmes, and Enliven, which provides a range of services for our elderly. We work to enable a positive and lasting change for everyone in our community and offer support services to people regardless of their beliefs, ethnicity or background.
**About the Roles**:
We have multiple roles in our kitchens available for both experienced and those looking for an opportunity to get into a role and learn on the job.
To be successful in these roles you need to be able to work as part of a team, have an understanding of food handling requirements (or a willingness to learn), be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction.
These are both casual and permanent part time roles with a minimum of sixteen (16) hours per week with the ability to pick up additional shifts. We provide our residents meals seven days a week so ability to work rostered weekends will be a requirement of the role.
