The Role

We're looking for a Transformation Specialist to join our Executive Advice Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role involves leading an organisation-wide initiative to prepare staff for a transformative move to a purpose-built environment.

Your Expertise Will Make a Difference

We need someone who can develop and execute tailored change management plans, including communication strategies, training programmes, and readiness assessments. Your ability to identify concerns and challenges early, working closely with teams to address them and adapt project implementation tactically, is essential.

  • You have a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in change management, human resources, or project management.
  • You've got 10+ years of experience in a related field, with expertise in change management methodologies.
  • You're a skilled communicator and stakeholder engagement expert, able to build trust and foster collaboration.
  • You're exceptional at organisational and facilitation, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
