- Develop, deliver, and facilitate workshops and online learning modules
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
Requirements
- Outstanding facilitation and coaching skills with solid experience
- Senior-level technical/specialist expertise in leadership development and culture and capability projects
- Experience working with leaders and teams to develop their skills and capabilities
- Ability to pivot and adapt easily when things change
- Curiosity and ability to bring ideas to the table
