About the Role
As a NP within the Tend Network, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered, culturally safe, and holistic general practice care to both enrolled and casual patients. You will work collaboratively with our Central Clinical Team to provide seamless, high-quality experiences for patients at all times. Your expertise will support our HCA team and Primary Care Nursing team, enabling us to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess current registration and a genuine desire to work in primary care long term. You should be excited by change and committed to model of care improvements. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
