We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing, Fundraising & Partnerships (MFP) team, you will play a critical role in implementing a range of fundraising and marketing practices to suit New Zealand audiences and supporters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to achieve revenue targets
  2. Maintaining and enhancing internal processes to ensure best practice and improvements
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with donors and supporters
  4. Creating engaging content for social media and other marketing channels
  5. Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns, presentations, and events
  6. Contributing to content creation and strategy, ensuring Orange Sky's unique perspective and whānau stories are authentically integrated into all marketing materials
  7. Enhancing visibility and awareness of Orange Sky by assisting with media and PR opportunities
  8. Managing social media platforms and online presence
  9. Contributing to revenue targets by actively supporting, planning, executing, and reporting on fundraising activities
  10. Responding promptly to enquiries
  11. Identifying and implementing scalable and repeatable solutions
