Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs to lead our sustainability and regulatory affairs efforts. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sustainability management and regulatory compliance, particularly within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Climaate-related Disclosure and Sustainability: Develop and implement processes for climate-related disclosures and GHG inventory management, including Scope 3 emissions from supply/value chains and financing activities.
- Drive Emissions Reduction Initiatives: Lead the measurement and monitoring of sustainability performance and drive emissions reduction initiatives.
- Support External Climate Audit Processes: Assist with the development and monitoring of climate-related targets, ensuring that sustainability initiatives are aligned with corporate goals.
- Regulatory Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement: Stay informed on emerging regulatory and policy trends impacting the financial services sector and support Fidelity Life's engagement with regulators and industry bodies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Sustainability Management: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs with a strong background in sustainability management and regulatory compliance, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Expertise in Sustainability Reporting Frameworks: The ideal candidate will have expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CRD, GHG Protocol, ISO14064, PCAF).
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
