  • Support External Climate Audit Processes: Assist with the development and monitoring of climate-related targets, ensuring that sustainability initiatives are aligned with corporate goals.
  • Regulatory Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement: Stay informed on emerging regulatory and policy trends impacting the financial services sector and support Fidelity Life's engagement with regulators and industry bodies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Sustainability Management: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs with a strong background in sustainability management and regulatory compliance, particularly within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in Sustainability Reporting Frameworks: The ideal candidate will have expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CRD, GHG Protocol, ISO14064, PCAF).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
