Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Business Analyst or in a similar role, specifically within People technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of People systems and applications, expertise in IntelliHR, Human Force, Payglobal, LMS Software, or CultureAmp would be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of People processes, including payroll, performance management, learning management systems, employee engagement, and talent management.
