Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an administrative support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
  • The front desk representative will provide excellent customer service, greet visitors, and assist with answering questions about our services, events, and resources.
  • Responsibilities also include scheduling meetings, supporting onsite bookings, and maintaining office supplies.
