Job Description

We are looking for individuals who possess leadership expertise within the sport sector, along with commercial acumen and significant sports governance experience. You will be a hard-working, committed team player who can bring your passion for everything that the Olympic Movement represents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of our organisation's strategic plan
  • Provide governance and oversight to ensure the effective management of our operations
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including High Performance Sport New Zealand and commercial partners
  • Drive commercial revenue and philanthropic support to achieve our financial goals
  • Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities to enhance our organisation's performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leadership and governance experience in the sport sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
