About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Cloud Support Engineer. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, assisting them with various issues related to AWS services.

Job Description
As a Cloud Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to act as a 'Cloud Ambassador' across all AWS products, arming our customers with the necessary tools and tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have administration experience with at least one of the following database engines: SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, or Amazon Aurora. Additionally, you should have experience with system administration in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server, as well as networking and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with experience in database troubleshooting and performance tuning, setting up monitoring/alarming for database environments, database migration, and ETL. Knowledge of query analyzers and query tuning/slow query optimization is also desirable.
