About the Role
A Cloud Support Specialist is a key member of our AWS Support team, providing expert technical assistance to customers around the world. As a subject matter expert in cloud computing, you will be responsible for solving complex customer issues, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Solve customer cases through various communication channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions.
  • Partner with Amazon Web Services teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues, leveraging your expertise to drive customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve services, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop technical articles, tutorials, and videos for the developer community, showcasing your expertise and passion for cloud computing.

Requirements
To succeed as a Cloud Support Specialist, you must possess a strong foundation in administration and troubleshooting across DevOps/Deployment, Orchestration Management, Containerization, Configuration Management. Additionally, experience with Continuous Integration Technology, Linux or Windows issues, and scripting languages such as Python, Node.js/JavaScript, PowerShell, Golang, or Bash is highly valued.
