Job Description
This Entry-Level Mortgage Advisor role offers a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping Kiwis achieve financial freedom. As an important member of our team, you will be mentored every step of the way, in a culture that values continuous improvement, leadership, teamwork, and customer focus. You will be responsible for helping clients get their mortgage sorted, from the first chat to signing on the dotted line, and delivering exceptional service and building strong client and lender relationships. Additionally, you will secure loan approvals from banks & other lenders and work closely with the Nest crew to ensure everything flows smoothly.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in banking, lending, or loan writing
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Proficient in modern technology and tools
