Frontline Banking Expert

We are seeking a Casual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton. As a dynamic customer support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely and accurate solutions to customer queries.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your career with Westpac, one of New Zealand's leading banking institutions. You will work on an as-required basis, covering planned and unplanned leave at our local branches.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in administration and customer service within consumer banking or a related field. They will possess strong administration and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and commitments in a complex and dynamic environment.
You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, and adapt to changing business needs and conflicting customer/stakeholder priorities. A tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred but not essential.
