Retail Banking Professional

As a Personal Banker, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our retail banking products.
The Personal Banker position is a mid-level role within the Retail Banking Department, requiring a unique blend of sales, customer service, and technical skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their financial needs, and recommending solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, identify their financial needs, and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
- Service: Provide exceptional customer service, manage customer experience, and ensure satisfactory service standards are achieved.
- Risk Management: Analyze and identify risks while conducting customer transactions, utilize compliance and fraud training to accurately respond and escalate suspicious activity.
Requirements:
- Education: High School degree or equivalent required; College degree in business or related field a plus.
- Experience: Minimum one year of personal banking, customer service, or sales experience required.
- Skills: Proficient in working with US currency, Microsoft 365 products, and ability to learn new systems and applications.
