About Us
MCC Label, a leading manufacturer of labels for top FMCG brands, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will provide administrative support to both customers and account managers.

Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process orders accurately in a timely manner.
  • Support Account Managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information to ensure all documentation is processed efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing, print, and packaging industry.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • An impeccable phone manner and ability to establish & maintain positive relationships through strong written and verbal communication skills.
