Cotton On Group is a global retailer with a passion for creating next-level customer experiences. We're seeking a highly organised and communicative Retail and VM Coordinator to join our team in New Zealand.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Retail and VM team, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving department calendars, planning and organising travel for the team, and monitoring department expenses.

You'll be the voice of internal communication and social channels, driving team engagement and performance. Your problem-solving skills and initiative will be essential in delivering effective resolutions for retail and VM concerns and ad hoc operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Retail and VM team
  • Drive department calendars and plan team travel
  • Monitor department expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to drive team engagement and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail and/or VM experience - preferably with a focus on customer experience
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Previous administration or coordination experience and demonstrated stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator or other creative applications
