Main Objectives:

  1. Work closely with Service Leads to evaluate complex client situations and enhance service alignment.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies, analyzing complex clinical reports to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring a culture of open communication and respect.
  4. Support regional multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding client outcomes and contribute to organizational success.

The Ideal Professional:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
  2. A current practicing certificate as a registered health professional.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication.
  4. At least five years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  5. Thorough understanding of ACC operational, medical, and policy guidelines.
