Project Governance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Governance Specialist to join our Trade Programme team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to the Trade Programme team, ensuring effective governance and coordination of projects.
Your responsibilities will include assisting project teams to develop and maintain reports, budget records, project plans, risk and issue registers, databases and other usual support tools and documentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining programme/project schedules, gathering and processing project data, and monitoring and reporting progress.
Additionally, you will build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to better understand their needs and business drivers. You will also organise governance meetings, complete meeting minutes, and follow up on or complete agreed actions.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, including establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. You must also have strong problem-solving capability, including the ability to identify problems, manage or mitigate risks, and implement innovative solutions.
