Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Governance Specialist to provide proactive executive governance services to our internal and external governance boards and committees. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, ability to contribute to and collaborate with senior leaders, and review and provide feedback to authors of governance papers.

The Role
In this role, you will be building strong working relationships with all members and key stakeholders, in particular the Chair, and supporting them to consistently work at their best. You will ensure that the governance bodies are provided with the right information, at the right time, to make well-informed decisions. You will use the insights you gain to optimise the way in which the governance bodies operate.
