As a Federal Capture Manager at Ditto, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in the federal sector. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that bridge the digital divide and empower businesses to thrive.

About the position:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of compelling federal content, support capture planning, and collaborate with internal teams to increase win probability.

You will lead and manage federal capture efforts, develop and implement capture strategies, write and edit high-quality content for proposals, collaborate with business development and proposal teams, conduct market research and analysis, and develop and maintain a capture pipeline.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in capture management, proposal writing, and business development within the federal sector. A strong understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle, including FAR/DFARS regulations, is essential.
