The Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our high-performing Distribution team. As the linchpin between our company and the adviser community, you will play a pivotal role in our long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit adviser businesses to embed Generate tools and provide coaching on growing their KiwiSaver and Managed Funds business
- Engage and onboard new Advisers, helping them embed KiwiSaver and support business growth
- Grow and strengthen existing Adviser relationships, providing ongoing training and business support
- Identify Adviser needs and ways to enhance their systems, processes, and tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to address these needs and deliver market-leading solutions
- Represent Generate at conferences & events throughout New Zealand
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and potential opportunities
About You
You are a self-driven Business Development or Sales professional with a deep understanding of the regulated financial services industry and a passion for driving growth. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
