We are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to join our team at Tin Soldier. As a key member of our delivery structure, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients successfully grow their ecommerce business.
Job Description- Create ecommerce roadmaps that help clients realise their digital potential.
- Be accountable for all engagements sold and delivered to the client.
- Identify opportunities for deepening the client relationship.
In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with our delivery team to ensure outstanding delivery to the client. You will also develop quality relationships with our clients and grow the client business through up-sell, cross-sell and services renewal business.
