Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job brief to placement
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques

Client Management:

  • Establish regular contact and meetings with clients and hiring managers
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of client information in the database

Talent Management:

  • Monitor progress of placed candidates and contractors
  • Proactively engage with shortlisted candidates and redirect unsuccessful applicants
