**Job Overview**
We are looking for a talented Talent Development Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to some of our HR projects, annual processes and initiatives.
As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- lead and contribute to HR projects, annual processes and initiatives
- develop and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness
- provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to managers and staff
**Requirements**
- degree or tertiary qualification in business or HR management or related discipline
- equivalent work experience, knowledge, skills and attributes required to be successful in this position
- knowledge and understanding of HR policies/procedures and employment legislation
- experience working with HR practices and processes, and providing advice and support to managers and staff, preferably within the NZ public sector
