The HR Planning and Policy department plays a critical role in developing HR policies that ensure market relevance and competitiveness. As Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director, HR Planning, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key areas of work:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to address their current and future manpower requirements;
  • Assessing organisational structure;
  • Managing financial spend on manpower;
  • Working closely with stakeholders and other HR functions on the planning and tracking of manpower movements;
  • Supporting manpower planning for new initiatives or growth areas;
  • Providing input to the review of manpower policies and strategic manpower management across the organisation;
  • Monitoring distribution of manpower resources across divisions/entities;
  • Analysing manpower trends to inform decision-making;
  • Preparing manpower statistics and information updates for management reports.

You will require strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in HR and/or manpower planning is preferred. Basic knowledge of data analytics and data visualisation tools is advantageous. You must be resourceful, motivated, and able to work independently and in a team to deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
