Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive the formulation and development of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that meet organizational needs and stay ahead of market trends. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure robustness, coherence, and implementability before effecting change.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that meet organizational needs and stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and review policies, ensuring they are robust, coherent, and implementable.
- Review existing policies in line with Public Service Division requirements and update them regularly for publication in circulars, EDMs, and on A*STAR's intranet.
- Partner with business units to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic workforce plans aligned with A*STAR's manpower strategy.
- Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to identify gaps, provide recommendations, and advise on policy implementation.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with a strong background in policy development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver results under tight deadlines.
