Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that meet organizational needs and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and review policies, ensuring they are robust, coherent, and implementable.
  • Review existing policies in line with Public Service Division requirements and update them regularly for publication in circulars, EDMs, and on A*STAR's intranet.
  • Partner with business units to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic workforce plans aligned with A*STAR's manpower strategy.
  • Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to identify gaps, provide recommendations, and advise on policy implementation.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with a strong background in policy development.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver results under tight deadlines.
