The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced financial restructuring specialist to join our team. As a financial restructuring specialist, you will lead a team of professionals who work with businesses in financial distress, providing technical advice and support.

About the Role

  • Work on a wide range of clients from different industries & sectors
  • Formal appointments and ensuring the continuous operations of the business
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills gained from dealing with a diverse and extensive portfolio
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the team or on assignments and recommending solutions or alternatives to a partner

Key Responsibilities:

As a financial restructuring specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including forensic investigations, restructuring, and turnaround. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in financial modelling and big data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals from either one of the Big 4 or international mid-tier firms from any of the following service lines: Forensic, Restructuring/Business Recovery, Deals Advisory or Transaction Services. The ideal candidate would bring 2-3 years of relevant experience, with the relevant certifications (CA/CPA or CFA) or midway in being qualified.
