Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our fast-paced CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing diary appointments, managing multiple activities, and anticipating potential issues to ensure seamless operations.

About You

  • You have experience working in an executive support role.
  • You have extensive knowledge of administration systems and processes.
  • You possess excellent relationship management skills with the ability to develop trust and credibility at the executive level.
  • You have strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You have experience with HR coordination, administration, and event management.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum.
