As Head of Catholic Character, you will inspire our Ministry team, staff, and students to grow spiritually, academically, and personally in the tradition of Marist values.

About the Role

This is a Tagged (CL47) Position: A willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the Special Character of the school is a condition of appointment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Religious Education curriculum across all year levels.
  • Foster the Catholic Special Character of the school in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support the Ministry team in delivering faith-based initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide staff in integrating the Special Character into their teaching and pastoral care.
  • Contribute to the spiritual formation of students through leading retreats, liturgies, and service activities.
