We're seeking a talented Platform Growth Specialist to join our team at Xero. As a key member of our Ecosystem team, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and engagement of our developer ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be on executing our Xero Developer Platform Marketing and Developer Engagement strategy to drive growth and engagement within our partner ecosystem. This includes delivering effective content-led acquisition initiatives, building community engagement and advocacy, and developing marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of our platform.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong technical background, excellent program management skills, and experience working with a technical or developer audience. You should also have a proven track record of delivering effective marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, engineering, and design.
