We provide specialized care across the Whanganui, Waimarino, and South Taranaki regions. Our teams are dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

This role involves working closely with GP teams, aged care facilities, Māori health providers, and other community services. You will be responsible for facilitating whanau hui, planning, and leading challenging conversations.
