Customer Experience Leader

Facing the challenge of delivering a world-class customer experience, we are on the lookout for a Store Operations Manager who can drive performance and excellence in our Checkouts team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health & safety and food safety policies, effectively resolving customer queries and complaints, and driving KPIs to agreed standards.
Requirements- Proven retail experience to supervisory or department management level.
- Supermarket/Retail experience and understanding of how checkouts work and operate.
- Resilience, honesty, and integrity – lead your team by example.
You will work closely with the Store Manager and HR on day-to-day operations and drive performance. A valid Manager's Certificate (Liquor License) is a plus, as well as experience with Lotto and Cafe or Barista experience.
