Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Sterile Services Team Leader to join our busy Sterile Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and developing your team to support a high-functioning peri-operative department.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to team building. You will work closely with our team of committed and experienced technicians to provide a high standard of sterilising services to our patients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NZSSA Certificate in Sterilisation Level 4 or Certificate in Advanced Sterilising Level 5
- At least 5 years sterile services experience
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to team building
- Proven leadership skills
