Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. As a Cloud Solutions Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work with a select few strategic AWS partners, driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

About the Role

">

In this technical role, you will help AWS partners architect enterprise-grade solutions, own the technical relationship and deliverables with partners, develop and execute multi-day workshops, lead white boarding sessions, author white papers and blog posts, and respond to complex technical inquiries.

You will be responsible for:

">
  • ">
  • Serving as a key technical member of the Solutions Architecture team in helping to enable partners and ensure partner success in building partner practice, capabilities, and solutions on the AWS platform.">
  • Designing customer solutions with partners using AWS services.">
  • Scoping each partner engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.">
  • Owning each technical enablement and engagement, and helping ensure a timely and successful delivery of value (delivery of actual solutions to be done by AWS partners).">
  • Capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community.">
  • Evolving AWS services to share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, white papers and reference architectures, as well as public-speaking events such as AWS Summits, AWS re: Invent etc.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.">
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.">
  • 8+ years of the software or Internet industries experience.">
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.">
  • Experience in communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.">
