About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the day-to-day management of our business. The successful candidate will work closely with our Managing Director and Leadership Team to drive financial performance, management, and reporting, as well as people and culture, business operations, and scaling our operating model, systems, and processes.

This appointment is a key transformation initiative to free up our Leadership Team to focus on strategic consulting, nurturing key relationships, and fostering new opportunities.

The COO will be responsible for:

  • Financial performance, management, and reporting
  • People and culture
  • Business operations
  • Scaling our operating model, systems, and processes

This is a fixed-term, part-time role, requiring 24-30 hours per week. We ideally see this role based in Wellington but are open to considering other locations in Aotearoa.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
