About the Role:
This is a great opportunity which will provide you the opportunity to:
- Partner with senior managers and leaders in a portfolio where the work is interesting, varied, and challenging.
- Lead a small team of HR generalists.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness and impact of our People and Culture branch and the delivery of great people experiences for our kaimahi.
- Work in a flexible and inclusive work environment.
- Contribute to public service-wide initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have strategic HR business partnering experience, preferably in a large professional services context. You will be culturally competent and confident in engaging in both strategic and tactical conversations to uncover needs and associated actions. You will provide advice and guidance to senior managers and leaders that is both practical and robust.
Specifically, we are looking for someone who has:
A reputation for and practical understanding of manaakitanga.
A breadth of knowledge across all HR disciplines including leadership development, change management, organisational design, and culture change.
