About the Role

As our National Key Account Strategist, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and enhance value for our key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business and sales plans for key accounts, focusing on increasing market share, revenue, margin, and brand growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Manage all sales aspects of the key account customer portfolio, ensuring seamless execution and maximising growth opportunities.
  4. Stay ahead of the competition by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in senior account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong business acumen, including expertise in sales strategy, account management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
