**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Population Health Specialist to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering public health nursing services across schools and communities. This includes assessing personal and population health, identifying determinants of health, and implementing primary prevention strategies.
You will work closely with the public health nursing team to develop and implement evidence-based programs that promote health and well-being.
