We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Mental Health Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological care to individuals and their families.
About Our Team
The Child Adolescent Mental Health Service, Kapiti Team, provides mental health services to children and youth in the community. We pride ourselves on delivering quality care to our clients and value diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of our work.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or a related field. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psycho-social assessments and treatment plans for clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care
- Develop and implement risk management plans to ensure client safety
- Participate in service planning and development to improve client outcomes
