Job Description: As a Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and shaping exceptional quality management processes. You will work closely with the Regional Managers and other leaders in the business to assist them with quality standards, processes, and procedures. This role requires strong communication and relationship skills, with a coaching, influencing emphasis.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on significant projects that will shape the Northern Higgins region. They will also collaborate with key industry leaders who can provide valuable mentorship and guidance. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality management processes
  • Providing education to teams on best practice
  • Auditing for assurance
  • Reporting and assisting in quality-related investigations

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification or formally trained in a field related to quality management, including auditing and quality standards. You should also have knowledge of integrated systems – Quality, H&S, Risk, and Environmental. Experience in a civil engineering or construction industry is highly desirable.
