You have 5+ years in marketing, product marketing, or enablement roles, and experience building a scalable enablement program in a high-growth B2B SaaS context.
You're a confident verbal and written communicator; being able to create and share compelling narratives and content is a must.
You're a collaborative team player who's able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work closely with people across the business to get the best results.
You deeply understand product and go-to-market dynamics, with strong commercial acumen.
You're excellent at prioritisation and time management, with demonstrated experience balancing multiple projects and working independently to manage projects from start to finish.
You have a data-driven approach to measuring impact, supported by a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
You have a growth mindset and are eager to try new things every day; given Tracksuit's growth trajectory, you'll be comfortable forging a path forward amongst a little ambiguity.
You're a kind, smart, and empathetic human who's excited by the world of marketing and genuinely wants to solve customer problems.
