This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging digital content, managing websites, executing CRM campaigns and turning data into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital strategy & collaborationPartner with product, customer support, and growth teams to develop targeted ABM strategies.Drive measurable engagement through integrated digital campaigns by working closely with sales.Lead cross-functional growth initiatives to enhance our market presence.AI & Marketing TechnologyUtilise AI-powered tools to optimise content creation, social media scheduling, and campaign performance analysis.Leverage data and AI-driven analytics to support audience targeting and personalisation across digital channels.Collaborate with teams to implement AI-powered marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.Stay current with emerging AI marketing tools and recommend new solutions to improve efficiency and capability.LinkedIn social media managementCreate and launch engaging LinkedIn content using advanced targeting tools.Manage company profile and implement ABM strategies through Sales Navigator (or similar) and HubSpot integrations.Track and optimise social media performance metrics.CRM & database managementMaintain clean, organised prospect and customer databases in HubSpot.Design and implement automated email journeys and LinkedIn trigger campaigns using AI powered personalisation.Ensure data integrity and compliance across platforms.Campaign executionPlan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns with Sales, utilising AI for lead scoring and prioritisation.Coordinate multi-channel marketing initiatives with AI optimised content distribution.Measure and optimise campaign performance using AI driven insights and recommendations.Website & content managementUpdate and optimise website content.Monitor GA4 analytics and implement SEO best practices.Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.Required Experience2-4 years in digital marketing with B2B focus.Experience with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong proficiency in GA4 and SEO optimisation.Excellent analytical and reporting skills.Desired SkillsExperience with ABM tools and AI content platforms.Experience with using AI tools for copy generation, image creation, analytics.Understanding of how AI can enhance marketing operations and campaign performance.Ability to evaluate, learn and implement new marketing technology solutions.Marketing automation expertise.Insurance or SaaS industry knowledge.Project management capabilities.An inquisitive mind and a drive to learn new skills.Location & Work ModelGrey Lynn office, 3 days per week.This is an excellent opportunity for a digitally savvy, growth-focused marketing specialist to drive measurable results in a fast-growing tech company.
