Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Management: Be compelling and confident in speaking to leadership teams.
* Analytical Reporting: Proven experience in detailed analytical reporting in an HR/people focused environment.
* Development of Analytical Tools and Data Sets: Develop and maintain data structures, not just use them.
* Multifactor Analysis: Integrate data from various sources to create a comprehensive picture and use data to tell a story.
* Interest in Causation: Investigate trends to understand why they occur and their potential impacts.
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Knowledge and experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and other HR disciplines.
* Communication: Produce papers, presentations, and products that effectively highlight key data findings.

About You
We seek a candidate with a research background or a diverse range of experiences that make you a great fit for this role. Experience in the preparation and use of data across HR disciplines is highly regarded. Excel skills are essential, and Power BI skills advantageous.
