Your expertise in project management, implementation, and influencing will be crucial in delivering our exciting plans for Manaaki Tāngata (DE&I), employee engagement, and talent management.
Plus, you'll be a driving force in supporting our people through our vibrant culture program.
Here's what you'll be up to: Lead the charge: Think big, plan smart, and implement key People programs.
Drive DEI and engagement: Deliver Manaaki Tāngata action plan and engagement initiatives with flair.
Enhance our culture: Support and elevate our culture program to new heights.
Collaborate and align: Work closely with leaders to ensure everything stays on track and sustainable.
Coach and grow: Empower the People Experience team by sharing your wisdom and offering valuable coaching.
