We're seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Applications Support team, which provides critical infrastructure and applications that power our administrative, operational, teaching, and research functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide front-line technical support for customers and end-users of information systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and provide expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Analyse user requests and translate requirements into cost-effective design and configuration recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or recognised equivalent.
  • Considerable experience in providing customer-focused information systems services in a medium-sized or complex organisation.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Experience with system administration, integration, and general IT service delivery and support.

  • A competitive salary range from $82,181 to $89,057 per annum.
