We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced reception and administrative professional to join our team at Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional reception and service support to our patients and staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions with patients and staff.">
  • Managing electronic and paper filing systems and procedures relevant to the Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub, ensuring quick access to information.">
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and providing administrative support for booked appointments.">
  • Processing internal and external referrals to outpatient specialties.">
  • Producing correspondence and reports related to referrals and other tasks as required.">

About You

">

We are looking for a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, a strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

The successful candidate will also possess high attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
