This Is An It Support Group is committed to delivering excellent mental health care. Our team of experienced psychiatrists and support staff work together to provide a comprehensive training program for registrars.
Our Psychiatry Registrar Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of psychiatric settings. As a registrar, you will work closely with our team of consultants and other healthcare professionals to develop your clinical skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with consultants and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in educational programs and workshops to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to research projects and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or eligibility for general registration
- A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
- A strong interest in psychiatry
- A current full New Zealand driver's license
