Job Description
The Front Office Administrator will be the central point of contact for guests, responsible for collating accounts, balancing audits, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector;
- A confident and professional telephone manner;
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize;
- A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills;
- Immaculate presentation;
- Knowledge and experience with OPERA Cloud (or similar) would be an advantage;
